To reserve a pup we will need sale form, as well as spay/neuter contract filled out. (download below). Deposit may be issued via personal check, or Zelle transfer.  Balance shall be paid in cash on puppy pickup day.  Pups include puppy gift bag, age-appropriate shots, and will be wormed every two weeks from birth.  We also include a vet certified health certificate.
